Associate in Science Degree Medical Assisting 50.7 Units

This is a two-year program leading to an Associate in Science Degree in Medical Assisting. Clinical work experience is provided in cooperating healthcare facilities.

An Associate in Science Degree may be earned by completing a minimum of 60 units of degree credit coursework,
which includes the major requirements and general education requirements, with a minimum grade point average of 2.0. Students must complete all courses for the major with a grade of C or better.
