Transcript Requests

You may request transcripts through the InSite Portal.  If you have forgotten your login information, just reset your password and/or find your user id.

Please ensure all of your grades have been posted before requesting your official transcripts.  Grades visible on your unofficial transcript through the InSite portal will appear on your transcripts. Transcript request will not be held for grades to be posted.  Transcript requests once submitted cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Standard transcript requests require 7-10 business days for processing and cost $7.50 per copy.  The first two copies are free and they must be ordered online through the portal.

Rush transcripts may also be requested. If ordered through InSite by 3:00 p.m., they can be sent by mail or ready to be picked up the following business day. The fee for this service is $17.50.

Express transcript requests can only be ordered in-person. Express transcripts are ready within one hour. The fee for this service is $32.50. Requests forms are available at the Office of Admissions and Records.

You are entitled to two free transcripts from schools within the Contra Costa Community College District. If you’re eligible, a credit of $7.50 will be applied to your order. If you attended one of our sister schools, Diablo Valley College or Los Medanos College, you will need to request transcripts separately from each institution.
