Requirements for your photo:
- Recent image of student (with no additional persons or objects)
- Taken against a solid white or off-white background.
- Student’s entire head must be within the frame of the photo.
- A standard color photo; not black & white, opaque or filtered.
- Have proper lighting to allow your features to be identified.
- If you wear prescription glasses; avoid glare on the lenses.
- Provide a photo with a neutral or smiling face; avoid extreme expressions and gestures.
- Facing forward, looking directly at the camera; no downward, upward, or sideways tilt.
- Be similar to a headshot or passport photo where your head and face fill the majority of the frame.
- Hats and head coverings may not be worn, except for religious purposes and may not obscure or shadow the face.
Procedure for ID card replacement:
- Students who wish to obtain an ID card replacement will have to bring a copy of a police report indicating that student ID was stolen.
- If no police report is provided, the student will have to obtain a “Request for ID Card Replacement” form from the Welcome Center and return the form completely filled out to the Welcome Center. The Welcome Center staff will take this form to the Dean of Enrollment for approval within 5 business days.
- Please be aware no ID card replacement will be issued if the student does not provide a police report or a “Request for ID Card Replacement” form approved by the Dean of Enrollment.
