Lily Rahnema is Community Engagement Manager at the Chevron Richmond Refinery. Previously, she served as Head of Donor Relations for the San Francisco Unified School District and spent more than a decade working abroad with leading development organizations including the World Wildlife Fund, the United Nations, and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). 

In San Francisco, her work involved juvenile justice and K–12 and college education. Now focusing on West Contra Costa County, she supports youth initiatives and cultivates partnerships with nonprofit organizations, local government, and community groups to strengthen STEM education and expand economic development opportunities. Lily holds an MSc in Economic Development from the University of London and a BA in International Relations from San Francisco State University.
