The People, Culture, and Social Sciences Academic and Career Pathway prepares students for certificates, degrees, transfer and careers related to administration of justice, early childhood education, philosophy, and the social sciences.

As administration of justice or early childhood education majors, students develop knowledge, practical skills and experience to serve their communities.

The study of social sciences (e.g., history, sociology, political science, psychology, etc.) helps students develop knowledge of human development at both an individual and societal level, and the study of humanities and philosophy strengthens students’ skills in logic and critical thinking, while also introducing them to the major philosophical, spiritual, and artistic ideas that people have grappled with throughout the ages.
