What is Kinesiology
Kinesiology is the scientific study of human movement. It explores how the body functions during physical activity and how exercise, rehabilitation, and training can improve performance and health.
Kinesiology majors often go on to work in areas like physical therapy, athletic training, occupational therapy, fitness coaching, and sports medicine. It’s a versatile and growing field that blends science, health, and wellness.
