Cashier

What We Do:

  • Accept payment for fees, bad debts, library debts, chemistry debts, physical education debts, child care fees, and student emergency loans.
  • Process third-party billing; Dept. of Rehabilitation, Veterans Affairs, private industry, etc.
  • Process refunds.
  • Verify the accuracy of student’s billing and adjusts information according to the student’s registration records.

Notes: 

The Cashier’s Office no longer sells parking permits. Parking permits are now available for purchase on myCampusPermit.com.

Please be aware that all student fees can also be paid or view balances by logging in to a student account through InSite Portal and clicking on the ‘Payment’ tile or by clicking on the ‘Make Payment’ button below.

We are available to answer questions or take payments over the phone
Monday through Friday until 4:00 p.m.

Admissions & Records will take student payments when Cashiers are
not available
