Real Estate at Contra Costa College

Whether you’re looking to break into the field or expand your expertise, CCC’s Real Estate program prepares you to succeed in California’s competitive housing market.

How It Works
To qualify for the California Real Estate Salesperson Exam, you must complete three courses:

Real Estate Principles – Fundamentals of ownership, management, and sales
Real Estate Practice – Day-to-day operations of a real estate office
One Elective – Choose from courses like Legal Aspects of Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Property Management, Principles of Accounting I, or Business Law

(All business-related electives are offered through our Business Department.)

At CCC, you can finish all three in one semester through evening classes.
