Anne was born and raised in the East Bay. After graduating from UC Davis with a degree in Human Development, Anne earned her master’s degree in social work from the University of Southern California (USC). She began her career as a research associate with the USC Hamovitch Center for Science in Human Services. Anne then brought her talents to the East Bay Economic Development Alliance, where she worked to enhance economic vitality in the region. Returning to her home county of Contra Costa, Anne served as Chief of Staff to District IV Supervisor for the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors. She also served as the Chief Management Officer at the California Emerging Technology Fund. Currently, Ann oversees the Broadband, Video & Market Branch, California Advanced Services Fund (CASF) Public Housing & Adoption Section at the California Public Utilities Commission. Anne is passionate about improving the quality of life for community members and enjoys exploring new cuisines.
