At CCC, you’ll get hands-on training in a modern, fully equipped kitchen, learning everything from classic techniques to contemporary cuisine. You’ll gain real-world experience in our fine-dining teaching restaurant, Aqua Terra Grill, as well as at Pronto, our popular student takeout counter. You’ll also help cater special events, building skills in planning, teamwork, and hospitality.

You’ll even have the opportunity to study abroad in Italy, exploring international cuisine and learning from instructors overseas.
