At CCC, you’ll get hands-on training in a modern, fully equipped kitchen, learning everything from classic techniques to contemporary cuisine. You’ll gain real-world experience in our fine-dining teaching restaurant, Aqua Terra Grill, as well as at Pronto, our popular student takeout counter. You’ll also help cater special events, building skills in planning, teamwork, and hospitality.

Our program prepares you for success in a variety of culinary careers—whether as a chef, line cook, event planner, or kitchen manager. You’ll even have the opportunity to study abroad in Italy, exploring international cuisine and learning from instructors overseas. With expert faculty and strong industry ties, CCC is the perfect place to start your culinary journey.

Culinary Arts Management combines hands-on cooking techniques with essential business skills. You’ll learn everything from food preparation and menu design to budgeting, kitchen operations, and event planning—preparing you for roles in restaurants, catering, hospitality, and more.
