REQUEST YOUR TRANSCRIPT
For end of term standard transcript requests, grades must be posted in WebAdvisor before requesting your official transcripts. Last day to request a standard transcript to be sent before Winter Break: Thursday, December 12th (requested via InSite Portal or in-person). Winter break is December 20-January 2, 2014
For end of term rush transcript requests, grades must be posted in WebAdvisor before requesting your official transcripts. Last day to request a rush transcript for mail or pickup before the Winter Break is Wednesday, December 18th.
Partial transcripts will not be refunded or resent for free. It is your responsibility to make sure your grades are posted before requesting your transcripts.
Written authorization is required for release of transcripts. Print a copy of the Transcript Request form for Contra Costa College, fill it out and submit it to the Admissions & Records Office.

7 to 10 business days is a Standard request; First two in district are free; $5 per transcript thereafter. By mail via US Postal Service (no pickup allowed). To requested via InSite Portal.
24 hour, Next business day is a Rush request; Pickup or sent to US Postal Office; fee: $15. The fee is $10 if you qualify for a free standard copy. Requests must be received by 3 pm.
1 hour, Express request: In-Person requests only. Express transcript processing may not always be available due to staffing levels; inquire at the Admissions & Records counter -- fee $30. The fee is $25 if you qualify for a free standard copy.
Transcript fees can be paid with a check, cash, VISA or Mastercard. Faxed requests can only be processed with a VISA or Mastercard payment.
There are separate transcripts maintained for each college within the district. Transcript requests processed through CCC will only contain academic history for course work completed at CCC.
Students must pay all outstanding debts and be free of all holds within the district before transcripts will be released, including fees owed for the current semester.
