Body Fitness for Your Health
This course is designed for community members who are interested in an exercise regimen for health purposes and Body Mass Index (BMI) improvements. The course is self-pace based upon the physical condition of the student and the expected outcomes. The class is for students that are 18 years of age or older who need a systematic approach to exercise.

Recreational & Competitive Badminton
This course is designed for badminton players of all levels of expertise to practice and improve their competitive badminton skills in friendly and supportive surroundings with ten high-quality courts to play on. Minimum age limit is 10 years old.
