Program Information

Since 1982,  the College for Kids program at Contra Costa College has been offering educational enrichment classes during the summer for students entering grades 1 through 10.  Class offerings include English, Math, Culinary Arts, Computers, Science, Art, Drama, and Dance.  Each class is taught by a qualified instructor assisted by an Instructional Aide.

College for Kids classes provide students in our community with an enjoyable and challenging summer learning experience.  All classes offered are for enrichment.  No high school or college credit is awarded, and no grades are given.  Upon successful completion of a class, students are awarded a certificate of completion.
 
Enrollment
 
Any student who will be entering 2nd through 10th grade in the fall may enroll in a class by submitting an application and paying the fee.   Each class has a specific grade level.
