Contra Costa College women's softball program plays in the always-competitive Bay Valley Conference. The CCC team is in the Silver Division of the BVC.

Edward Miller, Head Coach
Women's Softball



Coach Edward Miller is from Richmond, CA. He received his A.A. from Contra Costa College, and his B.A. from Cal State Hayward. Coach Miller also holds an MA in Social Work. He coached varsity baseball at DeAnza High School, Little League baseball in Richmond and also coached for several professional teams. He is currently in his second year as coach at Contra Costa and is continuing to build the softball program. Edward played professional baseball with the Texas Rangers, the Atlanta Braves, The Detroit Tigers, the San Diego Padres, and the Philadelphia Phillies.

When he’s not coaching, Coach Miller enjoys writing poetry, photography, fishing, traveling and golf.
