The Student Services Division (SSD) is unique in such it includes instructional faculty (counselors and learning specialist) and student service programs whom work collaboratively together and with other student related programs on campus. The Dean of Students Office is the nucleus of the Student Services Division. The Dean of Students Office is responsible for enforcing the Student Code of Conduct (discipline), Academic Honesty Policy, Dean’s List, Academic Probation and Dismissals, Title IX complaints and the graduation ceremony.
The programs that are a part of the SSD includes Admission & Records, Financial Aid & Scholarships, Extended Opportunity and Services Program (EOPS)/Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education (CARE), CalWORKs/Single Stop, Disabled Students Program and Services (DSPS), Matriculation/Articulation, International Students, Counseling/Puente & Transfer, Supported Education Services, Student Life, and Gateway to College. METAS and College for Kids, early intervention programs designed for community participation and have been a part of the college for over 30 years, also falls under the Student Services Division.
