If you plan to produce your own content, it is important that it follow CCC branding and quality guidelines. This shows students and community members that we are organized, working as a team and value them enough to care about quality and consistency when we interact with them.

Official College Logos
Contra Costa College has three versions of an official logo. The logos are not to be altered in any way.
- Contra Costa College’s official logo is the combination of two elements: the logo “symbol” AND the words in Neutraface Bold font.
- Use of just one element is not permitted unless otherwise approved by the Director of Marketing & Media Design.
- The CCC Comet athletic logo is not to be used in place of the college’s official logo. Standards for use of the athletic logo are below.
- Brand colors for the college are white and midnight blue (Hex #003e7e; CMYK C100 M72 Y0 K32; RGB R0 G62 B126 ).
- Do NOT copy/paste or screenshot the logos. Download and insert EPS, PNG or JPEG logo files as appropriate.
Athletic Logo
- The comet logo is for use in relation to athletic activities only and should not be used in place of the college’s official logo.
- Printed program and marketing materials for the athletic department should also include the official CCC logo.
- Brand colors for the athletic logo are white, midnight blue (Hex #003e7e; CMYK C100 M72 Y0 K32; RGB R0 G62 B126 ), and ice blue (Hex #93c5ea; CYMK C40 M11 Y0 K0; RGB R147 G197 B234).

Fonts
Primary brand fonts are Neutraface Bold and Open Sans. Both are available for download and installation. Arial can be used if neither of the above fonts is installed or for body copy.
Legal
Be sure to meet appropriate and required legal guidelines for your materials. This includes obtaining appropriate photo permissions, meeting written and electronic accessibility standards and including the required non-discrimination and ADA notice on print materials.
