Electronic Reserves

GreenFILE: scholarly & general interest titles, plus government documents & reports, with focus on the relationship of humans with the environment. Full text is limited to open access titles.

PLOS: Public Library of Science: freely available medical & science literature from around the world.

PubMed: citations from MEDLINE and other life science journals for biomedical articles, as well as links to full text articles and other related resources.

Berkeley Public Library - Online Resources

Available databases include African American Song, African American Study Center,
Chilton Automotive Repair, Gale Virtual Reference Books, Learn a Test/Learning Express Library, Literature Criticism Online, and Science Resource Center.

California Digital Library(Online Archive of CA, UC Libraries & more) 
Many of its resources are freely available to the public, such as the MelvylŪ Catalog,  the finding aids of the Online Archive of California and the digitized primary source material (e.g. photographs, manuscript pages, and correspondence) embedded in many of the finding aids.  

Contra Costa County Library - Databases
