Contra Costa College has a great football tradition dating back to the 1950’s and continuing to the present day. The team competes in the always-tough Bay Valley Conference and is an annual challenger for a Bowl bid. The tradition created by Hall of Fame Coaches Vince Maiorana, Neil Gunn, Robert Creer, and Tom Kinnard continues.
“As a member of the CCC student body and the football team, young men will be challenged like never before. As a member of our football family, a young man will be expected to attend class, practice and all meetings, and to always be punctual. The players who meet this challenge have the kind of character that this football program is built on.”
