Admissions & Enrollment
Families are invited to tour the center, meet the staff, and learn more about our programs. To ensure that a staff member is available, it is best to make an appointment in advance. At the time of the visit a request may be made to receive additional information on how to enroll your child.
Enrollment has two parts:

Enrollment is based on availability. Packets can be picked up at the front desk or complete Enrollment package available if you click here-PDF ELC Enrollment Forms.
When the semester has started, enrollment placements are granted from the Center Waiting List. The Waiting List maintains identifying information as well as contact information on each individual. Each Waiting List applicant will remain on file until a childcare space becomes available and the family is contacted.
Enrollment is completed by appointment with the Director or Administrative Assistant. No child will be admitted to the center until all paperwork has been submitted, eligibility and enrollment criteria have been verified .
All enrolled children are required to have a file that contains the following:
Admission & Fee Agreement
Consent for Emergency Medical Treatment
Physicians Report ELC
Health History (Parent’s Report)
Consent for Administration of Medication
Walking Field Trips
Photo Release Form
Enrollment verification is conducted at least once per year. To maintain enrollment eligibility, families are required to provide updated information upon request by center staff.
