TREG LATE ADD CODE PROCEDURES

Late Add Codes are here!  Beginning June 20th, we will start using the new TREG late add code procedure.  A late add code is a 4-digit number that allows you to register by telephone once the course has begun.

You will receive your roster with a series of twenty (20) add codes.  You will also receive twenty (20) add cards to distribute to the student as you assign their code.  If you distribute all twenty codes, please contact the admissions office and we will run another roster with twenty new add codes.

When assigning the late add code, please place the student’s name next to the add code on your roster.  Write the code number on the add card and have the student complete personal identifying information on the add card.

Students must register using the Telephone Registration system.  The admissions office will not process the TREG Late Add Code cards.

Please advise the student to NOT give their code to any one else.  They are valid only once and will be de-activated once used.

Please do not hesitate to contact the Admission/Records Office if you have questions regarding this process.
