CHIN-120A First Semester Mandarin

3 Units: 3 hours of lecture, per week, SC, DG, CSU, U 

This is the first half of a first semester course in Mandarin. The goals are to communicate in Mandarin through the development of skills in speaking, understanding, reading and writing, and to develop an appreciation of the Chinese culture. Not repeatable.

 

CHIN-120B First Semester Mandarin

This is the second half of a first-semester Mandarin course whose content extends over two terms. The goals are to communicate in Mandarin through the development of skills in speaking, understanding, reading and writing, and to develop an appreciation of the Chinese culture. Not repeatable.
