  • After you have submitted the grades for a section, return to that section and review them for accuracy.

Print a copy using your browser's Print function. Sign it and Return it to Admissions and Records no later than three (3) days after the end of the semester or the end of a short-term class.

Make sure that the whole roster prints. You may also return to the grade roster page later to print it.

WITHDRAWALS:You may not enter a "W" (withdrawal) as a Final Grade. If you attempt to enter a "W," you will get an error message.

CR/NC GRADING NOTE: If students had the option of receiving CR/NC grading, the CR or NC will only appear AFTER the grades are submitted. Wait to print until after you have submitted the grades.
(If the whole course is CR/NC, the system will accept only CR or NC.)

  • TIMING / SECURITY NOTE:
For security reasons, a time-out occurs if the server is idle for 30 minutes. This means that you will have 30 minutes to complete the grading process for a particular course roster.

This is the error message that will appear:

Warning:
The requested page is inaccessible. This may be because the system has timed out the page due to inactivity. The particular function or combination of pages you requested is not recognized by the system. This procedure is a security precaution of the system. The system does not log you off the system, so you may return to the original page by using the back feature of your browser. You may then continue by clicking Home and restarting the original process. You may be required to re-enter your data.

  • State regulations require Admissions & Records to maintain a file of PRINTED official final grade rosters, so it is important that you PRINT, SIGN, and RETURN copies of your grading rosters.

You may FAX a copy of your signed roster, as long as:
(1) it is received by the deadline date and
(2) the original of the signed roster is received by Admissions & Records within a few days.
