Staff Development at CCC is guided by the following committees. If you are interested in serving on one of them, please contact the Staff Development Coordinator and/or your division dean.
Classified Staff Development
Reviews staff development fund applications; makes recommendations to Classified Coordinating
Council; provides representation on LPG Staff Development Committee. Meets the 3rd Wednesday the month.
Faculty Staff Development
Reviews faculty development fund applications; promotes staff development programs and
activities that enhance faculty, staff and management skills, talents and abilities. Meets
4th Monday of the month.
Management Staff Development
Reviews all management development fund applications; provides representation on LPG Staff
Development Committee. Meets as needed.
Steering/LPG Committee
The committee includes one member from each constituency committee plus the Staff Development
Coordinator. Coordinates staff development activities and budget. Meets two or more times per year.
