Don't Know User Name
Your user name is your first initial and complete last name (as one word), plus the last 3 digits
of your Colleague ID number (it's on your paycheck stub). Example: jdoe123
- If you don't have this number at hand, look at your paycheck stub.
It is on the left side, under your name, in the spot that used to show your SSN.

|
|
- On the For Faculty menu, click on What's My User ID?
(on the left side of the screen).
|

|
|
- The next screen will ask for your last name and social security
number (use dashes when entering your SSN).
- Hit Submit.
- The resulting screen should display your User ID.
Write it down. Return to the login page to continue the process.
|

|
|
- If WebAdvisor does not find a User ID for you, go back and select the option
to Submit an electronic trouble ticket.
- Review the login checklist for possible solutions. If necessary, continue
to the second page and submit the requested information. As a faculty member, you will receive
a response within one business day.

Don't Know Password
Your password is your date of birth (unless you've changed it). Use the
format MMDDYY (no dashes or slanted lines). Example: 040149
If you can't remember your password, use your password hint (if you gave yourself one).
- Enter your User Name (leave password box empty).
- Check the box for "Show my password hint."
- Click Submit.
|

|
|
If your password hint doesn't work (or you didn't have one):
- Go back to the For Faculty menu and click on What's My Password?
(on the left side of the screen).
|

|
- Enter your last name and social security
number (use dashes when entering your SSN).
- Hit Submit.
- You will receive a new password via your college email. If you don't
have a college email account and/or want use a different email address,
you will need to contact District Human Resources.
|

|
- Another option is to go back to the login screen and click on Submit an electronic trouble ticket.
- Review the checklist for possible solutions. If necessary, continue
to the second page and submit the requested information. As a faculty member, you will receive
a response within one business day.
- CCC faculty also have the option to call the CCC Staff Development Office and
ask to have their password reset.
