Enrollment and Degree Verification

Enrollment and Degree Verification can now be done online through the National Student Clearinghouse. To obtain a free copy of your official verification of enrollment (24hours a day, 7 days a week), log onto WebAdvisor and click on “Enrollment Verification” where you can obtain this free service. If an entity needs to verify your enrollment or degree and will not accept your printed copy, refer them to National Student Clearinghouse, 13454 Sunrise Valley Drive, Suite 300, Herndon, VA 20171, Web: www.studentclearinghouse.org Email: service@studentclearinghouse.org Phone 703 742-4200 fax 703 742-4239. Your enrollment information is sent to the Clearinghouse three times each semester. If you do not have access to WebAdvisor you may request a copy from the Admissions and Records Office. Request will be processed within 3-5 business days.
