As a public community college
that serves an urban community rich in diversity, our mission is to
provide learners with comprehensive curriculum and student services
to ensure
(1) achievement of educational goals through completion of developmental,
certificate, degree or transfer programs; and
(2) acquisition of knowledge and skills pertinent to lifelong learning
and gainful employment in the global community.
We will use informed decision-making to allocate our resources in
ways that best serve the needs of our community.

Contra Costa College believes
