Economic Development Unit

Mission Statement

The Economic Development Unit is an umbrella over all the projects noted on this web site that serve both the college and the community.  The mission of the unit is to provide services that promote a well trained workforce to the local economy by supporting the career and technical training at the college by obtaining grants and other funding that promotes this goal.  The unit builds strong relationships with the community that allows us to understand and address their needs.  Fund amounts changes annually for both VTEA and Tech Prep based on enrollment.
