Mission Statement

The mission of Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education Program (CARE) is to assist current EOPS students who, at the time of acceptance into CARE, are recipients of TANF and CalWORKs support, are single heads of household with children under 14 years of age, and are completing college-level educational training programs, become more employable and economically self-sufficient.
