Mission Statement

The mission of Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOPS) at Contra Costa College is to encourage the enrollment, retention, and transfer of students challenged by language, social, economic, and educational disadvantages, and to facilitate the successful completion of their educational goals and objectives while attending Contra Costa College.
